Project Management

We realise that each sale is a project and therefore needs managed from start to finish. We have the project management skills developed within our organisation which in turn means we can process everything accurately and deliver timely to our clients. Each project receives the same attention whether it be large or small.

CAD/Technical Department

We have our own in-house CAD department and technical team. This is a unique service in our industry. Personalised CAD drawings for your project are available at all times. For our commercial contractors they have a designated qualified point of contact for queries which we understand need dealt with instantly.

Quantity Surveyor

We have our own in house quantity surveyor. This means for high end commercial work we can readily convert from plans and present for tenders in a consistent, professional and timely manner. No plans go through without being totally scrutinised before pricing. We understand the importance of a quoted price and the knock on effects of a bad price.

Installation

We have our own teams of qualified installers who have many years of experience. Our installation teams are fully certified for health and safety on building sites and are very responsible when inside other people’s property.

Delivery to Fireplace Trade

For our carefully selected network of Fireplace Trade customers we have our own dedicated weekly delivery service to all of Ireland. For UK we use a combination of our own vehicles and trusted transport companies. Survey

We believe this an important part of any sale. Whether the survey is physical or by telephone or e mail details need to be taken to ensure everything goes smoothly. After many years of experience we can detect these bugs early even just through discussion.

Templating/Digital Measuring

For our staircases and countertop work all of our measuring is done digitally. This requires a high level of training and sophisticated modern equipment. However the net result is more accurate readings and measurements ensuring a finished product with extremely low tolerances and quicker and smoother installations.
